Okay, well, I obviously DON'T belong in the kitchen. At all. What-so-ever. I was making coffee. Yes, you read right, coffee. Now, before you laugh to hard, I do not have a coffee maker. What I have looks like the picture to the left here. Minus the handle because I forgot about it on the stove one day and the handle got too hot and fell off.
Anyhoo--today, I turned what I thought was the correct burner on and waited and waited for my coffee to start. Well. . . .I actually turned on one of the burners with a decorative metal cover on it. Needless to say, the metal cover is not so decorative anymore.

I think someone should buy you a coffee maker for Christmas. Better yet, how about getting you a cook so he/she can make your coffee (and all of your meals) for you! That would be great! :)
PS. Still no word on that package? How odd! :(

It's funny--I AM getting a coffee maker for Christmas. I specifically asked for a VERY nice one too!
I'd LOVE a cook. I HATE too cook. I just feel like there are WAY better things I could be doing with my time, and, obviously, it's a little dangerous for me to be near a stove.
David told me that I am now banned from fire. He says, "If you need a candle lit, I'm in charge!!!!"
I wanted to tell him. . .the candle s are NOT my problem. It seems to be the stove that has one up on me! ;-)
LOL! Okay, then...You should come over to my house for a meal! I LOVE to cook. I love hosting dinner parties. I think my husband is happy (and thankful) that I enjoy cooking. For me, there's a lot of pleasure in feeding people. LOL! I guess it's a social thing. I love getting together with friends and family and just having a good time together. Don't get me wrong. I love it when other people cook for me too! I also love going to great restaurants too.
