I love this picture. I got it on my last day while working at Head Start. The brother of one my, now previous, students drew this and labeled it, "Mrs. Rachael is white" (just in case you can't read kid writing). He then wrote this for me on a separate piece of paper.:
I'm interested in seeing if you can decipher that one. I was very impressed. This little boy was not a student of mine and had never met me. He is only five, so this is VERY advanced writing for a student this age.
