Poor Cringer

My poor Cringer is pretty darn ill right now. I'm not going to go into details here because, to be honest, what's going on with her is VERY gross. If you've got a strong stomach, feel free to read about it here. Anyway, other than that, life is good. Work is going much better, except for the severe shortage of staff we have. There are ads in the local papers, but I'm not sure what else I can do to recruit staff. Any thoughts or ideas?
